Stopped smoking a few months back and instead bought a midi keyboard and started to make some relaxing tracks to calm my mind. Nothing fancy or what I would see as a release, but mostly just tracks that I can put on as background sound/noise while working or reading the morning news. Made to be listeners on headphones.
